I ordered five pairs of the same shorts in different colors and they were invoiced at different prices ie: black was $11.99; French blue was $14.99 and khaki was $19.99. I was on hold for 40 minutes and when I called back I was hung up on in mid-conversation. I have been ordering from this company for 16 years but no more. They owe me $11.00 and a major apology. Woman within's customer service is in the toilet.
After being a loyal paying customer for about a year, my credit limit was reduced for no VALID reason. When I protested I received a canned response stating that it was due to "some" information they received from "some" credit reporting agency. Hmmmm, my credit score just recently increased so I am not sure what they are referring to.
I have paid all my bills on time but the powers that be at this retailer refused to listen to me and make any adjustments. Have I mentioned I have paid ALL my bills on time and at times I have paid even more than the minimum payment due?
No big loss to me in the end. I was never truly satisfied with their product descriptions and errors in sizing guidelines. There are plenty of online clothing retailers to choose from!

I have been ordering from Woman Within for several years, and am always happy with the choices, the fit, and the quality of the items.
I see here that many people are angry with the current shipping delays, causing them to give a rating of one star, and that some of those people were formerly happy with Woman Within.
Well, I ordered on May 29, my items shipped on June 14, and are projected to arrive on June 21. And yes, that is longer than shipping has formerly taken.
I have to believe that this shipping issue is temporary, but even if it isn't, so what? What's the large deal about three weeks shipping time? It's still a five star company to me. Customers can certainly be fickle.
I've been ordering from Woman Within for at least 20 yrs. I will never order from them again, however. I placed an order on May 28 and it has yet to ship. The last time I placed an order it took awhile but I attributed that to Covid but other companies get their orders out in a timely matter. It's totally ridiculous. I know I'm not the only person that is upset with their customer service as of late. They better get their act together or they will be losing a lot of long time customers.

This is the worse place I ever dealt with placed an order on may 24 its now june 9th still in processing tried to cancel the order for two days been passed to 5 different people spent hours on the phone till the last one told me it cant cancel when in processing also I was to get a tote for spending over 40$ it was not on my order I called the girl told me she would add it guess what its still not there please think twice before ordering here
In the past things were slow but not awful. Now they are awful. Customer service changes story from in the warehouse waiting on carrier pickup to order is processing but not yet invoiced. I guess they unboxed it and put it back on the shelves instead if waiting for the carrier to pick up the order.
No response to emails to customer service (sent 3). Placed 2 phone calls and the second one I was told that probably at least a month from order date to ship date but might be 6 weeks.
Tried to cancel but could not because order is “in process”.
I doubt that I will ever order from them again.
I ordered bras from a catalog where the price for them was $26.99 if you bought one you got one for $10.00, I was charged $44.99 each for two of the bras, and $10.00 each for the other two bras. There was also free shipping for an order over $50.00 and I was charged shipping. I had almost a $200.00 order that I had called in. I was overcharged over $50.00
I placed my order on May 1st, 2021. I called customer service (on hold for 30 min. Then I spent another 1 1/2 hours on hold for a supervisor) two weeks after because it said it was still not shipped. They said I was expected to receive my order by May 23rd. It came and went. I called customer service again. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Assured me that my order would ship out Monday. I hung up and called again. This time, I got a supervisor (supposedly and another hour wait time) who said the previous representatives lied to me as they have no way of knowing when something will ship. I asked to speak to the supervisor's supervisor. They refused and said we will have one call me back. To my surprise, the next day, one did call me back. He apologized for the representatives that had lied previously. He assured me that my order was due to ship out this past week. Here we are 30 days after placing the order. Order status currently: order not shipped. Like others, I order for Mother's Day and a birthday that have both came and went! I had to spend other money to buy alternative gifts as, like everyone else, they are holding my $229 while "processing." I may be a little more fortunate than others as I paid through paypal. If they don't ship within a certain amount of time, they cancel the order.
STAY AWAY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. I PLACE AN ORDER BACK IN MARCH 2021, CXLD THE ORDER A WEEK LATER BASED ON DELAYS IN SHIPPING. AND THEY STILL SHIPPED THE ORDER. I RETURNED THE ENTIRE SHIPMENT AND THEY CHARGE ME $31.49 FOR RETURN FEES. THIS COMPANY HAS NO REGARD FOR THE CONSUMER. THEY ARE THE WORST.

I ordered $135 worth of shorts from this company. I never received the items. I looked up my tracking number and found that fedex reported it delivered 3 weeks prior next to my door. I looked at my door camera video for that day and I did not receive any packages that day. I get a hold of fedex assuming they delivered it to the wrong house and I was told Womanwithin had to handle it. I called WW customer service and got an outsourced customer service center with very bad broken English. I explained to the woman what happened and she told me the date it was delivered and that it is next to my door. I explained that it is not and she repeated the date it was delivered and that it was next to my door. I told her that I have video of that date and I received no deliveries and she repeated yet again the date and that it is next to my door and that I am blind, with a giggle. I asked for a manager and she told me that they will tell me the same. I hung up and called a different customer service number for them that I received from paypal. It was also an outsourced call center with really bad broken English. This guy was nicer and sent me to a supervisor. The supervisor told me that the package was on its way back to them and once it is in their hands I will get my money back. Guess what, he lied, it is not on its way back and I am out $135. I have tried to work with their customer service 6 times and I keep being told it was delivered and I am blind. Paypal automatically denied my claim because Fedex told them it was delivered to my door, even though I have video proof that it was not. I went to BBB which I found that WW has a very bad rating not just with them but all over the web. Hopefully BBB will be able to handle it. But, I think I'm screwed. I will never purchase from this company or their affiliates again and will warn others.
I will not order again from Women Within. I placed an order 14 days ago and the order is still processing. The website only says expect delays in shipping it does not say it will take approx. 3 weeks to ship. I needed an outfit for an event and now I am not even sure I will receive it in time. Customer service was not helpful either. Do not order if you need it today. I have ordered other items from other companies and have not waited this long. You can't use COVID as your excuse.
Three weeks and no order. Customer service gives me delivery dates that materialize. Customer service reads from a script and can’t answer questions. Emailed them and received more vague answers. Covering themselves. Never ordering again.
THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY FRAUD!!!!
We ordered dresses for my wife and they were too big, so we returned it in thesame package that it came with. It has been 30 days now and they kept on saying different things such as : "Oh sorry we have not received it" or "Oh we received it but it will take 60 working days to process the refund" or another day someone will tell you "Oh sorry we are experinecing delay in processing returns" Ask them to speak to their supervior, they put you on "Please continue to wait for next agent and your call will be answered in the order it was received" that is all you hear. I was on the phone for 1 Hour 7 mins and no one came on. SHAME!!! We need our money back. It took 10 mins to take money ou of your account and now there is no one to refund money. This is absolutely fraud and there isno one to be responsible. I will give them '0' star grade. Please return my money PLEASE.
